communicate with our clients, trades people, suppliers and designers.
We utilize online selections, scheduling and reporting systems
to provide our clients with weekly updates on their projects. The
system allows our homebuyers to:
- View, select and approve all of the items going into their
home. From the appliances to the windows, our clients
know exactly what they are getting in their home. Product
photos, specifications, warranty information and user manuals
are all stored in the system.
- Monitor the project schedule from start to finish. Each
of our homebuyers has access to the project schedule. The
system is updated each week and prompts the homebuyer in advance
of all decisions that need to be made.
- View all project correspondence, contract information, budgets,
change orders and progress photos. You can email your friends
photos of your house being built directly from the system.
